The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to access various attractions. Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the rooms and facilities left much to be desired, with issues like dirty restrooms and unemptied trash bins. The dining experience was lacking, with a menu that didn't change and slow service. Overall, while the location is a plus, the hotel fails to meet the basic standards expected from accommodations.
The hotel is conveniently located for visiting tourist sites near Bethlehem, but the area lacks good walking pathways and local amenities. The facilities were underwhelming with a gym that had basic equipment and a swimming pool that was closed during my stay. While the food options were adequate for a buffet, the overall cleanliness and maintenance of the rooms left much to be desired.
I have mixed feelings about this hotel. On one hand, the staff is friendly, and the location is convenient for sights, with fairly clean rooms. On the other hand, the food was quite disappointing, and the cleanliness of the dining area was questionable. The lifts were unreliable, making it faster to take the stairs, even from the 6th floor. It's decent value for the price but not ideal for longer stays.
